Specialty Training & Tests
Group Training
Working out with a group of four or six people can be fun and motivating. Join one of our certified personal trainers for a challenging program that focuses on cardiovascular, strength, flexibility training and much more. Group sessions meet twice a week for four weeks and are offered on a monthly basis. You can start with your own group of friends or join a group and make new friends.
4 participants - $200/ea
6 participants - $160/ea
10-10-10 Personal Training
Give us 10 weeks and we'll give you 10 sessions and guarantee you lose 10 pounds. This individually tailored program includes seven personal training sessions and three nutrition coaching sessions. Sport Specific Training
Enhance your performance in a wide variety of sports with sport specific training. Our trainers specialize in triathlon training, ski conditioning, martial arts, teen training and much more. Renaissance ClubSport also offers peak performance instruction for teams and individuals wanting to improve strength, quickness, agility, coordination, speed and power for all sports.
Metabolic Testing
Train smarter, not harder with a New Leaf Fitness Assessment. Take the Active Metabolic Assessment to determine your Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) caloric requirements, the type of fuel your body uses at various exercise intensities and your optimal heart rate training zone. With this information our trainers will determine how your body performs during exercise, prescribe accurate training zones for optimal performance, accurately track your progress, and determine your nutritional requirements.
MicroFit Fitness Profile
Take control of your fitness goals by having our personal trainers measure body weight, body fat, blood pressure, heart rate, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness with great accuracy all in a single visit. The collected information will allow you to manage your health and fitness with optimum efficiency.
Certified Staff
Our Personal Training team is made up of highly trained and qualified professional men and women holding degrees in health sciences, physical education and/or a certification by a nationally accredited fitness organization. All of our personal trainers are certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and are considered experts in their field. Our all-star personal trainers strive to ensure that their clients attain their fitness goals while making exercise rewarding and enjoyable.
Elite Personal Trainers have a minimum of 800 hours of accumulated private training and a M.S. in Exercise Science and/or at least one advanced certification.
