Getting Started


We'll help you get started on your fitness program.

"Members First" is a customized, quick-start program that helps you get involved in fitness programs and activities that you enjoy. Based on your selected area of interest, you'll receive two sessions with a fitness professional in any of the three areas listed below.

Personal Training

With Personal Training you get two one-on-one sessions with a fitness professional. The first session starts with a consultation, which includes testing to assess your fitness level and identify your goals; then moves to a guided workout based on your assessment. At your second session, you'll meet with a Personal Trainer who will fine-tune your program and take you through a comprehensive workout to optimize your success.

Sports Lessons

With Sports Lessons you get two sport sessions with a fitness professional. The first session starts with an orientation to Renaissance ClubSport's programs, leagues, tournaments and other related events, then moves to the court for a playing level evaluation. Your second session is a private lesson with a Teaching Pro who will work with you to start improving your game.

Group Fitness

With Group Fitness you get two private sessions in our Group Fitness area. The first session includes an orientation to group fitness programs, class offerings and schedules. Your second session is with a fitness professional who will guide you through a private Pilates lesson.

Five Keys to Optimum Health & Successful Weight Loss

This is a free nutrition class taught by one of our Nutrition coaches. Emphasis will be placed on eating the right foods, at the right time, in the right combinations and portions. When applied consistently, this will help jump-start the metabolism, control appetite and cravings, and improve energy, body composition, and overall sense of well-being.

Classes are held monthly, check the upcoming events schedule for the next class.
