Group Fitness
Our group fitness area has 5 group fitness studios, including an indoor cycle studio and a Pilates studio. However, at Renaissance ClubSport, our group fitness classes expand beyond the studios. We offer our members an array of beginning, intermediate and advanced group fitness classes in all areas of the club. Whether you are perfecting your technique in one of our progressive classes, or trying your hand at something new, recharge your routine in one of our 120 drop-in weekly classes.

Innovative Group Fitness Classes
Group Power®: Group Power is the latest fitness phenomenon to hit Renaissance ClubSport. This 60-minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment. BTS certified instructors will lead you through simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls choreographed to fantastic music New classes are released quarterly.
Nia: Nia is a fitness and lifestyle class blending three forms of dance, martial arts, and healing arts to create an innovative choreographed cardiovascular routine. Created by Debbie Rosas, a former ClubSport Oregon employee, Nia addresses the mind, body, emotions, and spirit in a holistic exercise approach. All ClubSport Nia classes are taught by Licensed Nia Teachers.Kijo: Kijo is a comprehensive mind/body fitness program. It combines interval, strength and core training with creative and spontaneous movement, balance, alignment and floor work. Kijo will leave you feeling empowered and alive.
Tae Bo: Tae Bo is an aerobic exercise routine developed by tae kwon do practitioner Billy Banks. Tae Bo combines cardio-boxing moves with martial arts motions in a fast paced workout that will leave you energized and toned.
Group Fitness Instructors
Our Group Fitness team is made up of over 40 highly trained and qualified professional men and women who are certified through American Council on Exercise (ACE) or Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as Group Fitness Instructors. Many of our instructors are also certified Personal Trainers and have specialty training in Yoga, Pilates, Nia, Zumba, Indoor Cycling and more.
