Nutrition coaching gives you personalized advice, support and guidance to help you develop healthy eating habits. In a one-on-one nutrition coaching session, a Renaissance ClubSport Nutritionist will work with you to design a personalized action plan to keep you on the right track. Each appointment will focus on your specific nutritional needs and wellness goals.

Nutrition Meal Plans
Fully customized Nutrition Meal Plans provide lifestyle nutrition education and support healthy behavior. Our 3- and 8-week plans offer unlimited contact with our Nutritionist for optimal service, and an initial and four follow up body fat and anthropometric measurements. Nutrition Meal Plans include food and lifestyle assessments with caloric evaluation; fat, protein and carbohydrate intake recommendations per day based on activity; vitamin and mineral intake recommendations; lifestyle goal setting and nutrition tips.

Nutritionist
Chuck Rudolph is a Registered Dietitian and holds a Masters Degree in Nutrition Education with a concentration in Biochemistry. Chuck has been providing meal plans and nutrition education for over 15 years. Being a former college athlete, his expertise is directed at weight reduction, body fat loss, and enhancing sports performance through simple, yet superior nutrition planning and education. Chuck has authored and co-authored various published scientific articles that are written for health care practitioners and consumers. Through his efforts, Chuck has acquired an excellent reputation for his ability to assess and implement nutritional excellence.
