Group Fitness
Our group fitness area has 6 group studios, including an indoor cycle studio and a Pilates studio. However, at Renaissance ClubSport, our group fitness classes expand beyond the studio. We offer our members an array of beginning, intermediate and advanced group fitness classes in all areas of the club. Whether you are perfecting your technique in one of our progressive classes, or trying your hand at something new, you will find over 100 drop-in classes per week where you can recharge your fitness routine.

Group Fitness Instructors
Our experienced and energetic Group Fitness Team is made up of over 40 highly trained fitness professionals who are certified through American Council on Exercise (ACE), Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) or American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) as Group Fitness Instructors. Many of our instructors are also certified Personal Trainers and have specialty training in Yoga, Pilates, Indoor Cycling and more.
